Who we are
Privileged AI sells downloadable software from Auckland, New Zealand. Contact us at [email protected].
Your licence
- Each purchase gives one person a permanent licence to install and use Privileged AI on Macs they own or control.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the download, the vault, the prompts or the templates.
- Your licence covers the version you bought, plus any free updates we choose to release.
- Ollama, Obsidian and the AI model are third-party software under their own licences. We configure them for you. We don't own them.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and you pay once. There is no subscription. Stripe processes payment. When Pro launches, Solo owners may upgrade for the difference in price.
Refunds
If you can't get Privileged AI running on your Mac within 7 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law where you live.
Not legal advice
Privileged AI is a software tool. It is not a law firm, and it does not give legal advice. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you rely on it, and for deciding whether the tool meets your professional and confidentiality obligations.
Warranty and liability
We supply the software "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. If you buy for business purposes, you agree that the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
New Zealand law governs these terms.
